I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Seattle University, Harvard-trained in menopause management, and certified in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. As the founder of Tacoma Integrative Psychiatry, I love to bridge integrative psychiatry, hormone health, and psychedelic-assisted therapy—grounded in science, delivered with warmth, and always with deep respect for your unique story.
